before launching NRG business coaching, i spent 15 years running high-performance real estate teams in los angeles. we hit over $1 billion in lifetime sales, which sounds flashy—and it was—but it also came at a cost. i saw how easy it was to get caught in survival mode. i lived it. and i got tired of watching smart, talented people build businesses that didn’t feel good, didn’t work for their lives, and weren’t built to last.
so i created something different.
i'm not here to give you a one-size-fits-none formula or vibe you to death with empty affirmations. i'm here to help you take your vision seriously. i bring the strategy, the clarity, the real talk. you bring your voice and your ambition. together, we turn that into something profitable, aligned, and deeply you.
